650 horsepower and no roof, named after one of the greatest racers. It’s definitely worth the price! When it comes to one of the most luxurious Mercedes sports cars, the high price is nothing new.

From 2003 until 2010, fewer than 1500 Mercedes-Benz McLaren SLRs were sold. The low production numbers make this car very. Just for a comparison, a brand new Bugatti Chiron costs $2.6 million while if you take $3 million to buy an SLR, you might even get some change back.

Only one of only 75 produced Mercedes SLR Stirling Moss units go on sale in perfect condition and that one has traveled only 4,800 km.

Entire series that is produced is exclusively sold to owners who already possessed a standard SLR. There is no doubt that this is one of the most spectacular car company, inspired by the legendary 300 SLR. Its body is made of light alloys, powered by a 5.5-liter V8 engine with a supercharger that develops 650 HP.

The power is transferred to the rear wheels via 5-speed automatic transmission borrowed from the SLR 722 model and the car reaches a speed of 100 km/h in less than 3.5 seconds. Its maximum speed is 350 km/h.

The price of this collector’s copy now stands at 2.59 million euros, while a new car cost 750,000 euros 6 years ago.
