Lamborghini introduced a new model Huracan LP 620-2 Super Trofeo during the event The Quail, A Motorsport Gathering. This car is designed to drive on the race track and was created in a collaboration with Dallara Engineering.
The car gets Aerodynamic look, an extended line of the body, owns an adjustable front air vents, front and rear diffuser and spoiler that can be set in ten different positions.
Pirelli prepared a special set of tires designed just for the Huracan Super Trofeo.
Unlike the standard model, the 5.2-liter V10 engine delivers 612 horsepower, while the drive is transferred to the rear axle. The weight has been reduced by as much as 151 kg, so now the car weighs 1,271 pounds.
The car next year will participate in the Blancpain Super Trofeo series, but will not compete in the same class as the predecessor Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo.
