You can count on the fingers of one hand the number of cars that have 1000hp. Bugatti Veyron is the most famous in these circles, but it costs more than one million dollars. The last member of the 1000hp club costs less than a quarter of a Veyron.
We talk about a very heavily modified heavily modified wide-body Ford Shelby Mustang GT 500 made by Galpin Autosports, one of the best known California’s car modifiers. It is all handmade out of metal, and it took four months just to get the body done. The outside look is beautified with a custom paint and custom race suspension, custom wheels that will be exposed to very heavy friction under cavalry of 1000 horses.
When we talk about what is under the hood, there is 5.4 liters supercharged engine with bigger racing superchargers and bigger injectors, and on the top of all, we have the methanol injection. All of these additions and modification are made to achieve the amazing 1000hp, a speed of 200 mph, and acceleration from 0-60mph in 2.5 secs.
There is not only brutal power, and no finesse, but the very opposite. For the final note, do you agree that the 1000HP Mustang is better than a Veyron?
