Because it has been illegally imported, this muscle car was sentenced to death. Governments take illegal actions seriously and they are very strict in punishing regulation-skirting importers. The Taiwanese owner of this matte-black Lamborghini Murcielago has learned this the hard way.
An industrial-strength claw mauled the Lambo, or what was left of it. There was similar situation before but it was in the US, officials crushed an R34 Nissan Skyline GT-R for being illegally imported.
The video description does not give clues for what import infraction this Murcielago violated but what is clear is that the government wanted to make it clear that they take such actions seriously. Rather than confiscating the car, they decided to tear the car to shreds in the middle of a street in front of many people. It’s a nice method to teach your citizens a lesson, though.
In the video below, you can see every bit of the destruction, which is both upsetting and waggish. The endless onslaught gets every piece, leaving an open, Italian tricolored shell.
At the end, they made their point and we hope we won’t have to watch more beautiful cars sharing the same destiny.
