This is “Helleanor,” a 1967 Fastback ‘Stang powered by a 2,500 hp Chevrolet 388 cubic inch SBC V8 engine. Yes, this machine holds the title as the dragster “from hell” with 82mm Precision Turbo units. This is the car most likely to get you beaten up. “Helleanor,” is named after the well-known pony car from the epic movie “Gone in 60 Seconds“.
It can complete the quarter-mile in the seven-second range, using a 6.4-liter, 388ci Chevy small-block V-8 for propulsion. The turbochargers ensure a total output of 2,000 and 2,500 hp. The car shows its best trough the 1/8 mile for about 4.8 seconds, at 150 mph, probably going 60 mph in under 2 seconds.
Apparently being both streets legal and steel bodied, this particular Mustang surely turns some heads, but what do you think: is it disrespectful to place a Chevy V-8 in such an iconic Mustang?
Smile on your face-Mustang fans, it’s not the end of the world, you all must unanimously agree that this “Helleanor” is one bad ‘67 Ford Mustang.
With this powerful muscle car, maybe next sequel made should be called “Gone in 6 seconds”. Check out the video below:
